01 / Scope
PoC is not go-live
A product evaluation proves fit; porting full estates from legacy vendor CDC products and other CDC tools, hardening for production, and cutover usually need purchased Professional Services hours.
Solution · Enablement
MOLO17 Professional Services helps you design and implement Gluesync efficiently — turnkey when you want the migration done for you, or enablement when your team or a certified partner owns delivery.
The challenge
CDC and modernization projects stall less on “can we sync” and more on modeling, prerequisites, legacy script/metadata porting, reconciliation, and a controlled production handoff.
01 / Scope
A product evaluation proves fit; porting full estates from legacy vendor CDC products and other CDC tools, hardening for production, and cutover usually need purchased Professional Services hours.
02 / Risk
Without joint validation of initial load + CDC + CRUD, and a planned promote-to-prod step, go-live couples switch, catch-up, and rollback into one window.
03 / Ownership
Some teams want MOLO17 to run the job so they don’t staff the migration; others want architecture, conversion, and training so they or a partner deliver.
Two ways to engage
We do the job: data-modeling analysis, deploy into your infrastructure constraints, migrate/convert where needed, validate, and cut over — so your team doesn’t have to staff the project.
We enable; you (or a certified partner) do the job: free or self-serve PoC to evaluate the product, architecture review, then PS hours for migrating metadata and scripts from legacy vendor CDC products and other CDC tools, go-live hardening, training, and post-deploy availability. Joint enterprise PoCs (for example Kubernetes and security constraints) are available when you want production to start right.
Delivery can be MOLO17-led or partner-led with MOLO17 as L2 via the support portal. Scoping is deal-specific (hour packs, fixed consulting days, or turnkey outcomes) — talk with Sales; we don’t publish list tiers on this page.
How it works
Jointly discuss Gluesync modeling techniques against requirements and goals; gather architecture and data-model samples (classic scopes often land in a short workshop window).
Install to your constraints; configure pipelines; migrate and convert metadata from legacy vendor CDC products and other CDC tools beyond PoC when in scope; jointly validate initial load, CDC, and CRUD.
Promote to production against agreed operational targets; training and portal access; engineers available post-deploy; optional remote consulting days or on-site (travel on customer) when needed.
Migration pattern we use in practice: small PoC samples → size the production offer → PS for the full estate (optional DevOps/API automation). Version upgrades (for example Gluesync 1.x → 2) can also be scoped as Professional Services.

FAQ
PoC evaluates the product. Migrating metadata and scripts from legacy vendor CDC products and other CDC tools, production hardening, and cutover are PS-scoped hours or a turnkey engagement.
Trial/self-serve if your environment is ready. Use PS when you want modeling, conversion, validation, and cutover owned or co-owned with MOLO17.
Either. Partners can lead with MOLO17 as L2; MOLO17 can run turnkey; or we enable your internal team after architecture review.
Turnkey scopes the outcome; hour blocks add flexibility. Package sizes are commercial choices, not public catalog tiers.
System requirements, source/target inventory, credentials, trial kit from get-gluesync, proxy/whitelist/internet readiness.
