JWT introspection and route-level RBAC
Every Chronos API and webhook endpoint is protected against unauthorized invocation and scoped to Gluesync roles.

Bearer JWT checked with Core Hub /auth/me
Super Admin - Full system access. Create, edit, delete, run, enable, and disable are allowed.
Incoming webhooks use X-Trigger-Token. A missing token is 401 Unauthorized. A valid token is 202 Accepted.
