Gluesync 2.2 continues to evolve with a focus on stability. Discover the latest refinements for enterprise connectors, safer checkpointing and more accurate real-time monitoring

Following the success of the new architecture introduced with [Gluesync 2.2](https://molo17.com/blog/gluesync-2-2-updates-scheduled-maintenance-csv-data-lakes-oracle-bulk-load/) and recent automation features like Scheduled Maintenance Mode, MOLO17 is proud to announce the release of **Gluesync 2.2.3**.

This new update focuses heavily on **resource efficiency**, introducing a drastically reduced CPU footprint, significant improvements for multi-pipeline deployments and robust installation options that we built for isolated and secure enterprise environments.

Here is an in-depth look at the key capabilities designed to scale and simplify your real-time data integration workflows.

## Efficiency at scale: multi-pipeline performance optimization

For enterprise architectures managing complex data flows, resource optimization is paramount. Gluesync 2.2.3 introduces a **new scheduling algorithm to optimize resource allocatio**n. As a result, it processes multiple parallel pipelines with significantly lower CPU overhead.

Do you manage multiple pipelines sharing the same database credentials? The system now automatically reuses initialized connections. Consequently, it saves resources even when pointing to different instances. This significantly reduces system overhead **and improves overall throughput**.

_(Note: this feature currently applies to Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Informix database types, and we will add more engines in future releases)._

## Enhanced Control Plane: SMTP Alerting and UI Log Management

We have streamlined operational configuration directly from the **Control Plane**. With the latest update, administrators can now configure email alerts (SMTP server) and advanced logging settings, such as log retention and rotation, directly from the user interface.

At the Core Hub level, logs are now clearer and consume **fewer CPU resources**. Therefore, you get smooth monitoring without impacting core performance.

## Upgraded Parquet management and stability under load

For Data Lake workloads, we have bumped our **Parquet library to version 1.0.4**. This update improves performance and compatibility. In particular, it eliminates OOM (Out Of Memory) errors that occur during massive, concurrent operations.

## Enterprise Installers: Offline and AlmaLinux support

Deploying Gluesync in complex, highly secure and air-gapped environments is now officially supported and simplified:

- **Offline Installers**: full offline installers are now officially available for both Linux and Windows. These packages include all the necessary dependencies to run Gluesync and we upgraded the updater to handle offline updates as well.
- **AlmaLinux Support**: the standard Linux installer has been expanded to officially include support for AlmaLinux.

## Continuous Agent and UI Enhancements

As always, this release cycle includes a **wide range of fixes and enhancements** across our connector ecosystem. Most notably, we are delivering a major package of enhancements for the IBM i Series agent, alongside targeted optimizations for PostgreSQL, Snowflake oracle (Triggers, XStream, LogMiner), CockroachDB, YugabyteDB, Aerospike, Apache Kafka, SingleStore, Solace and Couchbase.

On the UI side, we **resolved** **compatibility issues** with older browsers, fixed an edge case preventing snapshot task creation when an entity had a failed CDC attempt enqueued and introduced the ability to set precision to 0 during the UI table creation flow (GSSD-773).

**Ready to upgrade?**

**Gluesync 2.2.3** further solidifies our platform as the go-to choice for real-time data integration, combining extreme performance with simplified management.
