With today’s announcement, we unveil this compatibility, starting with version 1.4 of Gluesync. Gluesync, the plug-and-play solution for on-prem or cloud infrastructure for data offloading, caching, analytics, or mobile use cases, allows you to replicate data in real time to and from any major RDBMS or NoSQL database with DynamoDB. ### **What’s DynamoDB** DynamoDB is a fully managed NoSQL database service provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) designed for speed and flexibility. It offers seamless scalability, allowing users to automatically scale their database up or down according to the application’s needs without any downtime or performance degradation. DynamoDB supports key-value and document data models, enabling it to serve various applications, from simple storage repositories to complex, high-traffic web applications. It is designed to provide single-digit millisecond response times, ensuring fast data access and making it suitable for real-time and gaming applications, IoT systems, and many other use cases. DynamoDB also offers built-in security features, backup and restore capabilities, and in-memory caching with DynamoDB Accelerator (DAX), enhancing performance for read-intensive applications.
